Bio's

Charles Mann: Founder & Executive Director

Charles has been welding and doing metal fabrication most of his adult life and understands what it takes to become a professional welder. He has started and managed a wood working business as well as a welding and metal fabrication business in the past. After a few year of wood working he retooled the shop  for welding and metal fabrication, he has built everything from bar stool racers, custom motorcycles and custom muscle cars. With the completion of a welding tech program in 2011 Charles has a better and clear understanding of what it takes to become a successful welder in the skilled trades field. In the beginning Charles will be the instructor for the class. We will also be hiring two additional instructors to teach and guide the student to graduation. With the welding knowledge and seeing first hand some of the welders out there today, Charles is starting this tech school to produce better welders for the future and help our returning military veterans with limited financial opportunity.
